A large-scale project of prospective development and revitalisation of the territory of a former factory in the city of Kazan.

Масштабный проект перспективной застройки и ревитализации территории бывшего завода, в городе Казань.
One of the features of the project is the use of the remnants of the factory's infrastructure, to design public spaces within the neighbourhood.
The key symbol chosen is the old chimney, which will be restored and used as a kind of beacon, visible from many points in the neighbourhood day and night.

Одной из особенностей проекта является использование остатков инфраструктуры завода, для оформления общественных площадей в рамках района.
Ключевым символом была выбрана старая труба, которая будет отреставрирована и использована как своеобразный маяк, видимый с множества точек района днем и ночью.

The second feature of the project is having access to multiple water bodies. The lake, which it was decided to show used in winter as a large skating rink, and the small river, along which a modern embankment with a promenade zone will be landscaped.

Вторая особенность проекта — наличие доступа к нескольким водным объектам. Озеро, которое было решено показать использованным в зимнее время как большой каток и небольшая речка, вдоль которой будет благоустроена современная набережная с прогулочной зоной.
The residential area includes a long-term development plan and will be built in the neighbourhood of Otary village, so it was important to show the full scale of the future construction, while taking into account the existing low-rise development of the village.

Жилой район включает в себя долгосрочный план развития и будет построен по соседству с посёлком Отары, поэтому было важно показать весь масштаб будущего строительства, одновременно учитывая существующую малоэтажную застройку посёлка.
In order to understand the location of the development area, a 3D infographic map was made showing the prospective construction of a highway that will connect the area with the city centre, as well as the surrounding areas around it.

Для понимания нахождения района застройки была сделана инфографическая 3D карта, показывающая перспективное строительство шоссе, которое свяжет район с центром города, а так же окружающие районы вокруг.
